By placing an order through the Website, you (“Customer” or “you”) confirm that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or complete a purchase.

2. Products

The Website offers digital ebooks for sale, including individual titles from a trilogy and a bundled pack containing all three titles (“Products”). Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are displayed on the Website and may change from time to time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

  • To place an order, you select the desired Product(s) and complete checkout, providing your name, email address, billing details, and payment information.
  • Payment is processed securely through a third-party payment provider. FAMJOY LTD does not directly receive or store your full payment card details.
  • An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
  • Prices are displayed on the Website at the time of purchase. No taxes are added or collected by the Company at checkout; Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges that may apply under the laws of their own country or state.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unauthorized use of a payment method, in which case any payment received will be refunded.

4. Delivery of Ebooks

  • Since the Website does not require a customer account, after your payment is successfully processed you will be able to download your ebook(s) directly from the order confirmation page.
  • In addition, a secure, time-limited download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, allowing you to access your purchase again later.
  • It is your responsibility to provide a valid and correctly spelled email address at checkout. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.
  • If you lose access to your download link, you may request a new one by contacting hello@upwardreads.com with your order reference number and the email address used at checkout.
  • Download links may expire after a reasonable period or number of uses; if this happens, contact us and we will assist in restoring access to your purchase.

5. Right to Cancel / Refunds

Because our Products are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, please note the following:

  • Once you have accessed or downloaded an ebook, the sale is final, and no refund will be issued, except where required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by these Terms.
  • If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing or downloading a Product you purchased, contact hello@upwardreads.com and we will work to resolve the issue or, where appropriate, issue a refund.
  • Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the law applicable to you as a consumer.

6. License to Use Purchased Ebooks

Purchasing an ebook through the Website grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read the ebook for your own private, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or lend the ebook to any third party;
  • Reproduce, copy, or make the ebook available on file-sharing platforms, piracy sites, or any public or private network without authorization;
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or digital rights management (if any) embedded in the file;
  • Use the content, in whole or in part, for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

All intellectual property rights in the ebooks and all other Website content remain the property of FAMJOY LTD or its licensors at all times. Purchasing an ebook does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.

7. Customer Conduct

When using the Website, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information when placing an order;
